12″ AppleCore MultiHead Handpiece
The Dearson 12″ AppleCore MultiHead Handpiece is a professional equine dental handpiece designed for controlled dental reduction, particularly when working towards the front of the equine mouth.
Its compact, evenly balanced design provides stability during use and makes the handpiece particularly suitable for rostral profiling of the upper and lower 06s. The shorter length is also well suited for smaller horses and ponies.

The handpiece can be converted into a short Uni Disc handpiece or configured as a short diastema handpiece, allowing the clinician to adapt the setup according to the procedure.
AppleCore Burr Options
The handpiece is compatible with a range of Dearson AppleCore burrs, allowing the clinician to select the appropriate burr according to the procedure and clinical requirements.
Please note that an AppleCore burr is not included as standard and should be selected separately.
