20″ AppleCore Irrigation Handpiece
The Dearson 20″ AppleCore Irrigation Handpiece is a professional equine dental handpiece combining the versatility of the AppleCore system with integrated water irrigation.
Designed for professional equine dentistry, the irrigation system provides water cooling during use and helps keep the working area clear of debris. The 20″ (51 cm) handpiece provides access to different areas of the equine mouth and can be used with a range of compatible AppleCore burrs.

The handpiece can be used with different AppleCore burrs depending on the procedure.
In addition to routine dental reduction, the irrigation handpiece can be used for diastema widening with compatible diastema burrs. With the appropriate collet and burrs, it can also be configured for sectioning procedures.
AppleCore Burr Options
The handpiece is compatible with a range of Dearson AppleCore burrs, allowing the clinician to select the appropriate burr according to the procedure and clinical requirements.
Please note that an AppleCore burr is not included as standard and should be selected separately.
