The Dearson Palmy Incisor MultiHead Handpiece is a compact professional equine dental handpiece specifically designed for incisor work.
Similar in principle to the Dearson Uni Disc handpiece but considerably shorter, the Palmy design provides a compact setup for working towards the front of the equine mouth and allows quick changeover when incisor work is required.

The short Palmy design provides a compact alternative to longer handpieces when performing incisor work.
