The all new Incisor Handpiece

This product has been uniquely designed for Dearson by our in house engineers, with the aim of resolving the issues of failing bearings in other style incisor handpieces.

This is a multifunction handpiece that can work with the new range of specially designed burrs. Its able to take the readily available 40mm discs with our unique designed collet system.

This is also comes with our custom made spindle and extensive tested 40mm disc. Along with our new ball burrs in 18mm and 11mm diameters and newly designed grit that cut with ease.

With the whole handpiece made from stainless steel, this is able to get wet and then be dried with a towel after use.

This is a must have in your box whether you want to make correction to incisors, or use the ball burr as a finishing tool – you won’t be disappointed.

Dette er et multifunktions håndstykke, som kan bruges sammen med vores nye sortiment af specialdesignede bor. Det er klart til at bruge vores 40 mm disk med vores unikt designede spændesystem, som er inkluderet  prisen.
