This product has been uniquely designed for Dearson by our in house engineers, with the aim of resolving the issues of failing bearings in other style incisor handpieces. This is a multifunction handpiece that can work with the new range of specially designed burrs. Its able to take the readily available 40mm discs with our unique designed collet system. This also comes with our custom made spindle and extensive tested 40mm disc. With the whole handpiece made from stainless steel, this is able to get wet and then be dried with a towel after use.

The handle (adaptor, on the right handside in the picture) is not included and can be bought seperately. You can choose between a 40 og 45 mm disc that is included.
